Great first time experience. The baristas were friendly and attentive. We ordered two of their specialty lattes: Cinnamon Roll Latte & Hazy Latte Both lattes were made perfectly, we always fear ordering flavored lattes will be overly sweet. We enjoyed the fact that the sweetness of the flavors werent overbearing and we could actually taste the espresso as we sipped on our drinks. We definitely be back.

Hands down my favorite coffee shop in the area! I love absolutely everything about this place - the coffee, food, service, and atmosphere. In my humble opinion, they make the best lattes and cappuccinos, also I’m a big fan of their croissants and blueberry muffins. The folks there know me and my husband by name at this point, because we are there every weekend! They also do fun events every now and then which is cool. The real estate location is prime is as well, close to a coffee shop, boutiques, an arty gallery, and a yoga studio. Don’t let the long lines deter you - it’s so worth it! You can also place a mobile order ;)

We live here locally in the Woodlands so we decided to try out Third Gen! Overall solid experience and would return again. We had an Iced Canebrake Latte and a Berry Banana smoothie. Coffee was pretty good, I do wish it was a bit stronger. If you like a latte that’s a bit more coffee forward I recommend adding another shot to it. Would like to try more of their items for sure. Smoothie wasn’t anything special pretty basic. They were super busy, line out the door and the service was still good, the staff took care of everyone in a timely manner. There was a nice amount of seating, both down & upstairs and seating outside. Large parking lot as well so no issue there either. They have a great menu, and food options! Definitely look forward to our return especially being so close 😁

My 3 yr old and I went here while we waited for the hubby to be done with something. I was pleasantly surprised and really loved the atmosphere of the place. It was very cozy and the staff were amazing. The barista at the register was very nice and interacted with my son 💙 that is always a plus for me. I got the recommended Cane Brake Latte. So tasty! If you like/love brown sugar boba I would highly recommend. My hubby got a mocha cappuccino. Some of the best coffee we've had in awhile. Definitely beats a lot of coffee we can get in BCS. We will definitely be back.

I don't live in The Woodlands, but I make it a point to stop here every time I'm near. The coffee is delicious, the service is warm and friendly, and they take the time to make sure you get just what you want. My husband is a Sbux guy, so they described the difference between Third Gen (4 shots of espresso comes standard instead of 3, so he didn't have to order an extra shot) and my breve/cortado was rich and flavorful. The highlight was the English style sausage roll. Crispy roll with super flavorful sausage and spicy mustard.
